you do not raise a refund claim within the stipulated time, than this would make you ineligible for

12. All rights to artwork created by Garlender, including those purchased as originals, handmade items, diaries, commissions, prints, and current or future reproductions of any kind, remain the sole property of Garlender protected under the Trademark.

13. The purchase of any item, whether original or otherwise, does not grant the customer permission to reprint/print and distribute it in any form, or mint the piece into an NFT or reproduce it in any way for profit or other purposes, without written permission from the artist.

14. Posting images of the purchased items on social media is welcome with credits and does not breach this clause.

15. Our artworks are crafted by hand with utmost care and passion, making them truly unique. Although there may be slight variations between the original artwork and the digital image, we have made every effort to ensure that our products are represented accurately online.

16. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and exudes its own distinct character, showcasing the creativity and expertise of our accomplished artisan.

17. Once the goods are in the possession of the customer, we are not liable for any damages. It is not our responsibility to refund, exchange, replace, or compensate for products that have been mishandled by customers, such as smudging fingerprints on the white border, tearing fine art prints, or damaging the works in any way.

18. However, as guaranteed under consumer protections, compensation for damage is due if damaged products are received as a result of impact during postal services or due to faulty merchandise being dispatched. Every print undergoes multiple inspections for quality control before shipment, and only pristine reproductions are packaged for delivery to ensure your enjoyment.
