SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For Bulk Orders, the Order will be processed only after the proposed payment is made by the Customer.
You will receive an Order Confirmation Mail once you place the order and another mail after the Order is shipped.
Processing time is 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on the items, customization requests and quanity. Any delays due to a high volume of orders, postal service problems, Shipping Provider delays are outside of our control.
Shipping Charges posted in the website is subject to be modified due to unavoidable reasons, without any prior notice.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Delivery duration: 2 – 7 days.
For additional shipping rate (if any): Additional shipping rates will be shared via email before the order is shipped.
Deliveries are made as per our partner’s policies. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you of any updates. The tracking details will be shared via email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International Shipping costs extra based on the country and Order quantity. We provide shipping to most of the countries.
Its better to drop us an enquiry at garlender.arts@gmail.com or info@garlender.com to check whether shipping to your country is available.
If Order is confirmed, you will receive an Order confirmation Mail. And after the Order is Shipped, we will share the tracking details through mail.

Return & Exchange Policy
Since the artworks are customized subject to one’s preferences, the artworks once sold and shipped cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.

GARLENDER CREATIVES PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
Under this policy:

• GARLENDER CREATIVES PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for any orders as all the products undergo thorough checking before shipping. However, replacement can be made if the customer establishes proof that the quality of product delivered does not match the description given, withing 12 hours of receiving the item with uncut and unedited videos and photos. Our team will review and deliver the replacement request in 3 to 5 working days.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within Only same day of receipt of the products.
• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the GARLENDER CREATIVES PRIVATE LIMITED, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchange policy
1.Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
2.Products must be in original condition with tags attached.
3.Allow us 7 working days to deliver the exchange/ replacement item.

To qualify for a return of damaged goods, provide an unedited uncut unboxing photo and video to garlender.creatives@gmail.com or info@garlender.com withing 24 hours of the receiving the package. If the package has been tampered or the return request came in late, the replacement will not be processed. Shipping Charge for the return item has to be borne by the customer. Only after receiving the Item, our team will check thoroughly and process the request if need. All the necessary information will be communicated through mail. Any unscrupulous allegations will not be entertained.
