GARLENDER CREATIVES PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: • GARLENDER CREATIVES PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for any orders as all the products undergo thorough checking before shipping. However, replacement can be made if the customer establishes proof that the quality of product delivered does not match the description given, withing 12 hours of receiving the item with uncut and unedited videos and photos. Our team will review and deliver the replacement request in 3 to 5 working days. • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. If the package has been tampered or the return request came in late, the replacement will not be processed. Shipping Charge for the return item has to be borne by the customer.
